We first of all extend a very warm welcome to those of you visiting the site today , and hope you find it both interesting and informative.  We welcome comments and suggestions about how we can improve aspects of the site that are of interest to all our visitors, so we look forward to hearing and interacting with you.

Our work ethos here at IFS Durban is that Freight Forwarding is not only about rates & services, but is more essentially about people and the relationships that are built over many years of mutual co-operation between clients, suppliers, shipping lines, clearing agents and of course, our extensive international network of overseas agents.

The need for us to be competitive remains a key focus, but our experience has shown that competitive rates are nothing without on-going support and interaction with not only clients, but everyone in the supply chain.

In a world in which conversation is being replaced with electronic forms of communication (email & sms) the hourly/daily interaction with our clients will continue to play a vitally important role in the building and sustaining of relationships.  We therefore look forward to continue working very closely with all our existing clients, and to those of you who are not using our services and products as yet, the opportunity to assist with our special brand of enthusiasm would be welcomed.
